What exactly is a blog?

 | | | Ten Minute Marketing Tips | Hey Readers, Over the next few 'Ten Minute Marketing Tips' I'm going to focus on 'blogging'. To start with; what exactly is a blog? The more technical term for a blog is a web log or, in plain English, an online diary or journal of events of what's happening. One of the most common faults when writing anything that is to be posted on the net is that most people think that they are directing what they are communicating to masses of people. The simple fact is that only one person can sit in front of a computer screen at any one time: so the way to communicate effectively is one-on-one. Have a personal 'conversation' with your readers and make it engaging because - as I know from experience - it is about having fun and not being too concerned about getting all your ducks in a row. The best blog writers just let it flow naturally. Talk directly to your customers' interests, their fears and needs - as if you are just two mates chatting about your favourite subject. Just have fun, be interesting. Don't try to 'sell'. The sales will come later in the process. I'll explain that bit soon. Your loyal customers will always be loyal and if they like what you have to say they'll spread the word for you. Until next week ... have fun blogging. Kind Regards, Daniel Moore The Sales Creator Community. PS. If you haven't got your Free Facebook Fan page yet - valued at $297 - click here and drive more traffic to your website and generate more sales. For example: Last Thursday we created a new 'Ten Minute Marketing' fan page and we have already converted 23% of several hundred visitors into new 'Likes' since last Thursday! In terms of Facebook marketing 'Likes' are literally worth gold. I will teach you more about that soon too. In the meantime why not grab your own free Facebook fan page here and get started. | | | Free Website Traffic Tips Hi Daniel, This is one of the most informative video seminars of tips I’ve ever received in what could almost have been deleted as spam or junk email. Good luck with your business. Regards, Paul Judd Manager & Auctioneer Pakuranga & Howick Realty (Licensed REAA) | | | | | | | |
